Mission Hope Personal Appearance Center Assists Patients with Unique Need for Free
The Mission Hope Appearance Center offers free services to patients coping with their appearance changes as a result of the different cancer therapies. Offerings include specialized products, quality wigs, beautiful turbans and stylish hats and scarves all to help patients look and feel their best. The Appearance Center staff assists patients during monthly classes with corrective skin care and make-up techniques as well as addresses the cosmetic side effects and comfort needs related to cancer treatment. The Appearance Center provides an array of products and services to meet the needs of women undergoing cancer treatment. The warm, boutique-like décor provides a nurturing environment where cancer patients receive individualized care. The Appearance Center is on the 1st level in the Mission Hope Cancer Center in the Marian Cancer Care suite.
